How to mask BV smell temporarily?

I have been dealing with awful vaginal itchiness and earlier this week is when it started smelling really awful down there and a lot of discharge. I went to the doctor and just waiting for test results back even though im pretty sure my issue is BV.
This started during my period and ive never had this issue before in the past. Had odd itchiness during my period 2 weeks ago and i was in a sleep study for a couple days, itchiness started after i used some baby wipes once on myself to cleanse myself.

Its really bad now to the point where the smell now is affecting me at work and especially more worse since ill be seeing my long distance SO.

I have to basically change my underwear 2 times and i also wear cotton underwear. My work clothes are just scrubs so its breathable.

Earlier today i just slept butt naked and that really helped the itchiness and so far today at work no itchiness but the smell definitely affects me.

Is there anything i can do to help for the weekend till i get my medication next week.
