Fixing go pro hero 10 videos

In my recent trip, I rented a go pro hero 10 for snorkeling. I took the data from them but I can only play 4 videos and see 1 pics. While I had recorded so many videos and taken pics. I do have mp4 files but it doesn't play. Anyone know how to fix them.
