Is there a trade paperback release of some of what's collected in the Vol 1 Savage Sword Conan omni?

Im looking to get into Conan as ive had my eye on the omnibus for a few years now and would like to try, although I dont have the funds for the omnibus but would love to read through and see the run with John Buschemas art as I loved his artwork on Silver Surfer
