need urgent help with joinindiaarmy website registration procedure!!!

I, like many other aspirants here did not check NDA results and got a mail asking me to select a date and center for SSB. And since I had not registered myself in the website during the time, it probably created a profile for me. I saw somewhere on this subreddit that your password was to be a certain way and when I punched that password in the login page, it worked but a window came up asking me this.

Now, I want to ask, since I have not registered before, using any other username (email id), when I click "no", it sends me to the registration page where the entire drama repeats: "Some details are duplicates with our data please enter correct details!"

Now, what should I do? Click yes and take the risk? I have already sent an email the past morning, but haven't got any reply.
