Routine, Risk, and Obedience

There's a particular kind of dynamic that I always find especially entertaining.

The submissive is at the office, surrounded by coworkers, answering emails, sitting through meetings, appearing to be a completely functional adult.

And all the while, he's waiting for my messages.

I enjoy that double reality. No one around him knows he's waiting for an instruction, a task, or a small humiliation he'll have to handle discreetly during his workday.

Sometimes the tasks are simple. Sometimes he has to find an excuse to go to the restroom. Sometimes he spends hours carrying a secret that only he and I know.

What attracts me isn't the task itself, but the contrast.

Watching him try to maintain his composure while a part of his mind belongs to me.

The combination of routine, risk, and obedience never stops entertaining me.
