Has Anyone faced 7 days water cut?

Dude my society has been only providing 15-20mins of water daily for the past 7 days. are you guys also facing the same issue with your society? as per them CIDCO is not providing any water for the past 7 days and we are totally relying on tankers and even if they are providing the pressure is not significant to provide water for everyone.

Area- Sector 34E and 35E adjacent to metro line.
