Opposites personality cats

Any one have tips on how to manage 2 cats, one of which eats all his food in one second (and will eat the other cats food) and the other who eats a little at a time?? We’ve just been locking him up at night so the other can come out and eat without getting their food stolen but there has to be a better way???
