Prickly / tingly skin 6 mo post op - new symptom

My hip is awesome - my anterior THA was December 2025 - but ugh. I started getting weird prickly / tingly sensations on my outer thigh to my outer knee a week ago and it’s definitely not my favorite post op symptom I’ve had. I have a numb sort of patch on my upper lateral thigh, and the tissue still feels a tiny bit tender, but all of that feels stable. But this tingly feeling is SO ANNOYING. I understand it could be regenerating nerve maybe? But how long does this go on? it was never prickly once before. In the week or so right after surgery i would sometimes have a stabbing hot pain but not in ages. I haven’t reached out to my doctor yet.
