My Riot Account Was Hacked and I Lost Access to My Support Tickets
Hi everyone,
I'm making this post because I'm running out of options and I'm hoping a Rioter might see it.
A few days ago, someone gained access to my Riot account and changed both my email address and password. I was able to recover my password, but since the hacker changed the email, I no longer have access to the account and can't view or respond to my support tickets anymore.
I've already contacted Riot Support and submitted multiple tickets:
- 135139274
- 135102175
- 135100593
The problem is that when I try to open the ticket links, I get a 404 error, and the tickets no longer appear in my Riot Support account.
Since I couldn't access the tickets directly through the Riot Support website, I replied to the email that a Rioter had previously sent me regarding my case. Unfortunately, I never received any response after that.
I'm extremely worried because the person who stole my account may be trying to sell it or cheat.
I would greatly appreciate it if a Rioter could take a look at my case or point me in the right direction. I have proof of ownership and can provide any information necessary to verify that the account belongs to me.
