Desire to sleep around

Hey guys, I have an intense almost insatiable urge to sleep around with other people and experience different people. It truly sucks because I am with the most loving, kind, amazing person on the planet and I don’t want to lose her but I also have never had this experience and feel like I need it desperately to be okay.

I guess I don’t know how to calm this urge down because it makes my entire body hurt like my stomach hurts, heart hurts, and feels like I’m denying myself the sexual freedom even though I don’t want to hurt my wife or lose her.

Anyone else had this before?
