Hi, we are an EV charging startup, Presto, that is helping make charging reliable and affordable. Using Presto driver can charge across 180k+ chargers in the US and we have the top rated (4.9 stars) charging apps.

Our customer service team is staffed by people passionate about EVs and experienced with the nuances of public charging. We want to help users actually get a successful charge and not have customer agents read from a script.

Pay is $25/hr + perks. This is a remote job.
