Should we really expect men to cook after marriage ?
Absolutely not. Please be practical.
These boys were raised with great care and protection. From childhood, their mothers ensured they never faced dangerous household activities like cutting vegetables, washing plates.
And honestly, that level of preservation should continue after marriage, too.
People underestimate how sensitive some men are. One exposure to kitchen smoke and suddenly they’re tired. One onion-cutting session and the poor thing’s eyes become red. Why take such risks?
A wife’s duty is to maintain a safe, stress-free environment for him:
- food ready on time
- water bottle filled
- fruits peeled
- and occasional appreciation when he places his own plate in the sink voluntarily
Please remember, husbands already do so much. We cannot burden them further.
And before feminists attack me, this is not patriarchy. It’s simply about protecting our precious raja betas from the harsh realities of adult survival ❤️
