Electric grinder recos

Looking to buy an electric grinder. Considered the Starseeker E65 and DF64 but they seem to take up a lot of space (which I don’t have a lot of), so I’m looking into buying the DF54, Starseeker E55 Pro or Timemore Bricks 01s instead. Leaning into E55 Pro the most, but keeping my options open and would love to hear your suggestions before I purchase.

I plan to use the grinder specifically for moka pot and espresso machine and typically use medium to dark roast beans. I don’t really need a multipurpose machine since I already have some hand grinders that shine with light roast and filter beans for pourover.

Are these machines also capable of grinding 5-15 cups per day? Although it will mostly be used for personal consumption, I do have a mini slow bar business that mainly offers match.a though I do get the occasional request for coffee based drinks so I’m just accounting for that.
