Tips on the pinching part of removing the contacts?
Yesterday, I went to the optician to get training for putting on and getting off the contacts. To be honest, it was a bad experience because I felt that someone judged me (I have this problem in general, when I do something in front of other persons I feel judged). I managed to get the contacts on the eye (right eye was easier, because I'm right handed), but while I managed in a kind of weird way to remove the contact from the left eye, I couldn't pinch easily and forcefully the contact from my left eye. I applied force, but I couldn't pinch it.
I did some kind of homework by opening my eye in the way my optician and youtubers told me to, so I guess putting the contacts will be easier, but I don't know what to do to pinch them out. Any tips? Normally, I would have more patience about doing the training, but I need to be wearing the contacts in two days, so any tips would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
