#1: "it's that dirty? we just changed those filters last week."

#2: "The unit we had at the last place we lived got down to 65".

#3: "$5000 to put in a single ductless unit?? They are selling them online for $1500".

#4: "A diagnostics fee? It says free estimates on your website".

#5: "it's ok, We have a maintenance contact already for our steam boiler and AC unit. We have that worry free protection plan from the power company that covers all our appliances."

#6: "Hi, I'm looking for AC service. I think it just needs freon"

#7: "Before you leave, do you think you have some time to look at this desktop refrigerator that holds 1 beverage? I bought it on wayfair 3 months ago and it stopped working."

#8: "Can you come at 530PM? I have to leave at 6pm to pick up my son from practice but if I'm not here, my 13 year old daughter will be home to let you in just in case."

#9: "Hi, thanks for coming so late at night on a Sunday. The unit we are having problems with is upstairs in our bedroom window. We just bought it last month from Home Depot."

#10: "Are you sure it's a broken motor? Last year when it went down, he changed the capacitor, and only charged me $20."

#11: "I installed this ductless unit I bought online called 超强速冷 and it doesn't work. If I send you a picture of it, do you think you can tell me how much it will cost to fix it?"

#15: I stood above it and ran water on it outside for 30 minutes to cool it down. My neighbor said it worked for him but the temperature inside hasn't dropped yet. What do you think it can be?
