Daily News Analysis - need advice on sourcing news (The Hindu + Indian Express)

Hi everyone,
I’m building a Daily News Analysis feature for my website where users get structured news.
I want to fetch daily articles primarily from The Hindu and Indian Express and then use them for generating summary.

I’m trying to figure out the best and most compliant approach for sourcing the news.

Questions:
Do The Hindu or Indian Express have any official API/licensing option for this?
Is using RSS feeds + article extraction the standard approach here?
Any better alternatives for reliable daily ingestion?

For people who’ve built news aggregators/content pipelines any legal/compliance concerns I should be careful about if I’m showing summaries and linking back to the source rather than republishing full content?

Would really appreciate architecture suggestions, tooling recommendations, or lessons learned from anyone who has built something similar.
