So here's how i discovered Main Character Energy with Justin Bieber 🎤
I don’t know if anyone else has had this kind of long-term fascination with an artist, but for me it’s always been Justin Bieber.
I remember first getting properly hooked around the time Beauty and a Beat dropped with Nicki Minaj. There was something about that video—the energy, the setting, the way it felt like you were right there in the moment—that just stuck with me. It wasn’t just a song, it felt like a whole vibe.
Since then, I’ve followed every era. And what’s interesting is going back now and listening to it all like a timeline. I’ll put on My World 2.0 and it instantly takes me back—everything feels lighter, more carefree. Then Believe hits, and you can feel the shift. That era—especially Beauty and a Beat—felt bigger, more confident, like he was stepping into something global.
Then you get to Purpose and it’s a completely different mood. More reflective, more polished—songs like Sorry and Love Yourself still hold up in a way that doesn’t feel tied to a specific time. And with Changes and Justice, you can hear that evolution even more. It’s less about hype and more about where he is as an artist.
What’s strange is how each album ends up representing a different version of you as well. Going back through them now feels like revisiting different moments without even trying.
Like most fans, I’ve picked up bits of merch over the years—posters, random collectibles, stuff that seemed cool at the time. But nothing ever really felt that different… until recently.
I ended up getting a lifesize cardboard cutout from Star Cutouts and honestly, I didn’t expect much beyond a laugh. But when it turned up, it completely surprised me. The quality is actually kind of ridiculous—sharp print, looks real from a distance, and it instantly changes the feel of a room.
It sounds over the top, but it’s probably the most fun piece of merch I’ve owned. It’s not just something you stick somewhere and forget about—it becomes part of the space. Friends come over and immediately react, photos get taken, conversations start. It just makes everything a bit more memorable.
I think that’s what I like about it most—it doesn’t try to be subtle. It leans fully into being a fan and just enjoys it.

Anyway, curious if anyone else has found a piece of merch that unexpectedly became their favourite?
