App rules:

1. Any person at any time may come up to you and say the phrase "expect the unexpected", this is a signal for the app.

2. If you refuse the offer, 500$ is deducted from your account. If accepted, once the deed is done, 500$ is added.

3. No person may say the phrase more than once at a time, as to coerce you by bleeding your account dry if you refuse

4. If two or more people say the phrase at around the same time, and you accept, they can choose to either play with you at the same time, or to take you one after the other.
