How well is my channel doing?

Hello. I'd like to know if these statistics are signs of good growth for my channel, but I don't have a frame of reference to compare to. I make detailed history documentaries that are frequently >45 minutes long, with one upload a month. I have 2,690 subscribers at this moment.

In the past month, I've gained: • 98 subscribers • 8.8k views (monthly audience of 4.6k) • 965 watch hours • 82.3k impressions (on videos)

A few more things: • AVD of ~8:30 minutes • CTR of 3%-5%, I have one video with 6.6% • Likes-Dislikes average of 96.5% • In my past 5 videos, at least 59% of people are still watching at 30 seconds in • Similarly, 14-19% of people are still watching the first half of these videos
