7 weeks and spotting…

Hi i’m exactly 7 weeks today and when i went to pee this morning I saw some brown spotting. It’s very minimal but i’ve been spotting throughout the day. At first i wasn’t too concerned but now im getting scared 😭😭😭 im still nauseous and tired and going thru other pregnancy symptoms, but mo abdominal pain or anything like that. Anybody else go through something like this?
