Do we know if the portal to the land of monsters is going to open again?

The “defeat shatter spawn” quest is the only one left for Kai, or for any of the main ninjas for me right now. I can’t even talk to Kai. The “X to talk to Kai” appears above his head but when I press it, it does not work and the UI disappears for half a second and Kai just walks away.

I looked to see if they had posted any more dates as they had for the weekends in May, but I’m not seeing anything.
Any help or info is appreciated.
