28 [M4F] NYC/Anywhere - Looking for my match

Look, we both know how this goes. You read at least a dozen of these, and these posts all have the damn rhythm to it (I don’t blame them, I do the same).

Usually a witty hook, a paragraph about themselves and then a paragraph about what they want. There is no problem with that, but it gets dull. It leads to boring conversations about weak links, trying to connect through hobbies. Which again, is not wrong, it just leads to boring conversations. I just can’t do them anymore. I want one good conversation. One where we both are highly engaged and want to talk, not where we are interviewing each other.

So here are a couple of ideas to start us off:

What is your most controversial opinion? The one that you keep close to your chest because you are scared to let it out, but have been dying to talk about.
Do you think true love exists? Like the one that all you think about is your partner and you trust them fully. Call me a cynic, but I don’t know.
Do all meals deserve sides? As in, would you ever eat a sandwich without a salad or chips? I don’t think it is possible tbh.
