actual question need insight

So am I crazy for requesting a transfer because I feel as if I’m being disrespected?

So my availability for my store is 5 AM/ opening to 5 PM and the reason that is I have astigmatism so once it gets dark, my vision gets very bad and I had voiced that to my store manager however,

she continues to schedule me to close disregarding my availability completely, all she does is sit on the patio on the phone and on her computer and then from time to time she’ll come in and “help”.

Another thing about it is I live 55 miles too and from work so that’s a big part of my transfer because there’s another store 0.8 miles away from my home that is accepting barista’s. So I had voiced wanting a transfer and she keeps on coming up with excuses talking about “oh I live in blah blah & That’s a good 40 minutes, I still make it here” etc , disregarding my eyesight and vision problems and I just feel as if this is a joke.

Another thing is that we had just lost two of our barista due to lack of management and organization. The store is just a huge joke mind you it only opened three months ago.
