Subtitle addons work on Android mobile but not on Android TV. Anyone else?

Hi everyone,

I'm having a strange issue with Nuvio.

On my Android mobile device, subtitle addons work perfectly and load without any problems. However, on Android TV, the subtitle addons do not appear at all. I can only see embedded subtitles.

The strange thing is that this used to work correctly on Android TV with the same app version. I haven't changed any settings, and the problem appeared suddenly.

I've already tried:

Reinstalling the app

Clearing cache and app data

Logging out and back in

Reinstalling the subtitle addons

Testing different content

Checking all subtitle settings

Has anyone else experienced this on Android TV? Is there a known fix or workaround?
