When will our cricket evolve and adapt to modern day cricket requirements?

Discussion

Why is our system so outdated, obsessed with anchors, stat padders who will play a nice shot or stat pad against C, D teams and flop every time it matters against full strength opposition especially in ICC tournaments?

Let's start with recent Odi series. Dropping Rizwan was perhaps maybe not a bad move because Rizwan had been struggling bad in white ball for 2 years now. No doubt he is the best keeper we got. But he's not able to rotate the strike and plays too many dots these days. We got Ghazi Ghori as his replacement who plays slower than Riz and can't hit a six. WEAK!
If anything, UK78 would've been the perfect replacement.

I can 100% guarantee that a middle order of Babar, Ghori and Agha can never challenge a top team playing with full strength. Agha is good because he's more versatile and can play quicker, but all 3 of them playing together is just not the answer to modern day ODI cricket. But Babar is just not it, his inning's vs NZ in CT 25 and vs Aus in 3rd ODi shows that he's just not the guy who can pose any threat to opposition. Babar does play a couple beautiful shots but thats not gonna win you games.

You see, we are miles behind other teams. We play our full strength teams against C, D teams and minnows when other top teams dont take seriously.
Sure we might win series and people will hype these guys and tell you dotn be negative. This is exactly the problem. Stat padding against low quality teams wont prepare you and win you Wordlcups and trophies. Its just a cover for how much this cricket team has declined.

Just look at India, they dropped a WC winning captain. Someone who was a great T20 player couple years ago but not anymore. They focus on the present and future. They got better options.
They dont care about Pseudo "Kings", "Elite ALL Rounders”, "Premium pacers".

Tired of the same old failures (Babar, Shadab, Rauf etc) constantly being recycled into the team based on few performances years ago and PSL stats. These guys guaranteed won't get selected in any top opposition's B teams let alone be given unlimited chances.

Do we have any players in the team that are comparable to Abhishek Sharma, Kishan, Pandya, Brook, Jacob Bethell, Brevis, Philips, Fin Allen etc.
Be because we persist with an outdated dinosaur approach to modern day white ball cricket.
