Does anyone know if you can/how to escalate a complaint beyond PALS in England specifically?

I've posted the full version on other subs and it's pretty long but the basic gist is I've been having nothing but issues with the endo center I'm with and PALS don't seem to be helping. The TLDR is that they keep making mistakes and I'm worried they're going to end up hurting me because of it. They're also not being honest about surgery wait times and that's very distressing for someone who is actively getting worse over time.

Does anyone know how I can take this above PALS? Or get them to do the surgery quicker? I'm so fed up of it all but can't switch to another hospital as that would lead to a longer wait time and I'm already desperate.
