Who should I ask for a LOR?

So I’m probably gonna major as a bio or public health major. My APUSH teacher is 100% gonna write me a lor because he has been writing for me since sophomore year, however, I’m debating between my AP calc bc teacher or AP bio teacher. I got straight A’s in AP bio and she loves me a lot and has also written me a lor before, but for AP calc bc I got an A and an A- in his class but he knows me personally and we talk like everyday even though I’m not in his class anymore. What do you guys think I should do? Most colleges (t20’s atleast take only 2 teacher recs) so I want to know. I already asked all 3 for good measure.
