Feel like I’m spending too much on expenses especially rent but in a hcol city with a 1000 sqft single high rise. Kind of would like some more free fun money and buffer. Any advise? Also new to this since just finished school with my first real job living alone. Also not near any family and have been wanting to save and buy a boat someday. Have a car paid off fully with my signing bonus, and no debts since already paid all off.
