Plastic recycling

Hi y'all, I'm staying in Daytona Beach temporarily over the summer and have amassed some plastic bags from Walmart. I typically repurpose these (pet waste) and for that reason feel bad just throwing them out. Does anyone recycle these and know of a location that accepts drop-off soft plastic recycling?
