Is 2 weeks a no? After an interview?

Hello, I applied for a phlebotomy position at a hospital and had my interview 2 weeks ago. They offered me a different schedule than the one I had applied for and I been waiting for them to get back to me but nothing…the application online says “under consideration” and I’m getting crazy waiting! I got a job offer at an independent clinic which was great but I ghosted them cause they have 0 flexibility for schedule and I want to continue in school…I had an interview at Costco too and. They took less than 24 hrs to reject me! Any tips? Is it the fact that I suck at interviews? Is my English not enough? What is it?
