My discord was being hacked and of course they kicked me out of the PF server...

I was online on discord chatting with a friend when on my phone mail app a message from discord said I was being hacked. I was right there so I said "sure lol" but of course the discord app kicked me out. I was, in fact, being hacked through my mail provider ._. Of course an amount of games servers kicked me out as well as a result, BUT fortunately I retrieved both my mail account and discord account!! Now, tho, I can't re-enter the Pocket Frogs server with the in-app link, and I don't have any of the admins as friends on discord (nor I remember their usernames 😭). Please, if you are reading me here, can you re-add me on your server? I was fairly active, giving presents and requesting some too... I also tried to send some "message frogs" (...i wrote a message using "edit name" on the frogs, yup) to a person named "Cap'n Blue" or something like this (name shown on the server!!) because I seemed to remember they were an admin on the server? But I'm not sure 😭 Please, if anyone is on the official server, help a fella!! 😭♥️
