Hospitality FIFA World Cup tickets via Stubhub/viagogo

Do you know of anyone who has been able to successfully sell/transfer the hospitality FICA ticket via a third party website? Is the solution possibly to get the buyers email directly? Because as of now I keep trying to transfer it to the email provided by viagogo but the ticket is not being accepted and I'm told the website is the only way when the tickets are only available via app for hospitality. How have people circumvented this issue?
