How to start with make-up?

Hii, I'm a 17 yo girl who has never worn make-up before. When i was younger I never was interested in feminine things like make-up and because of that i've been bullied my whole life. But because I'm going to college next school year I really want a good start and want to fit in for once. So thats why I need some help:)

I want to start wearing make-up but I dont know how and what i should use. I don't know alot about how products should be used and how to apply them. I dont have acne or anything, just some redness, a few pimples on my face and im also very pale.

I would really appreciate any tips or recommendations:D
