Where to Practice?

I feel like the major issue is when fighting bosses we gotto practice the movesets yeah? but there doesnt seem to be like a practive environment where we can practice a boss' moves without dying. I was wondering how do you practice your moves? directly against highest level bosses or is there like a practice room i dont know of
