Muzzle device advice for a suppressor noob

Got my first suppressor a while back and I did only have one AR so I just had it direct threaded on but now I have a second AR and I’d like to get a quick detach setup. From what I’ve been looking at though by the time I get a muzzle device for each ARs and the female end for my suppressor it might not be much cheaper than just getting a second suppressor and direct threading it?

Also a lot of the muzzle devices I see are brakes which would probably make both ARs significantly more unpleasant to shoot if not suppressed. My can is an AB Suppressors A10 Warthog 5.56 and it’s not recommended to use a three prong style flash hider so I’m not really sure what I’m even looking for.

Any suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated and even the best places to order from would be much appreciated.
