GHSV1. Please help

I got diagnosed about a month ago. I had to call out of work last week because my anxiety is so bad I’m having multiple panic attacks a day and can’t keep food down.

I have done so much research and read up on the facts of hsv1 and ghsv1 but I can’t get my mind to stop spiraling. I’m really not doing great.

If you have ghsv1 can you please share your experiences around outbreaks and transmission. If you have ever transmitted, how I can avoid giving this to a partner. Any advice will be so helpful. I’m really just needing other people with this diagnosis to tell me how they are handling it, my biggest concern is passing this to a future partner. Is it likely I can do that with no outbreak present?
