Recently built a free tool called that pulls business data from Google Maps and helps find validated email addresses.

I’m not trying to sell anything here. I’m mainly looking for honest feedback from agency owners or people doing lead gen.

Right now it can filter businesses by things like rating, review count, review years, and owner names . The idea is to help find businesses that may actually need marketing help instead of just scraping random companies.

I’d love to know if this type of data would actually be useful for lead generation, or if there are filters/features that would make it more valuable.
