I'm not here to ask what the ending meant. I'm here because this show left a splinter in my mind.
When Prairie travels to a dimension where she made different choices... I kept asking: What happens to the version of her that was already there? Does that consciousness get pushed aside? Does it merge? Does it die?
And if it were me... if I traveled to a version of me who took a different path, would I be a guest in that life, or would it still be me?
I'm from Algeria. I'm writing this on a cheap phone. I don't have a setup or a platform. But I can't shake this question, and I'm tired of sitting with it alone.
So I made a tiny space: r/TheLiminalSelf
It's not for theories or explanations. It's for the existential pull of the question itself. For the ones who feel the weight of the lives they didn't live. For those who ask these things at 3am and find no one around them who understands.
If you've ever felt like there's another you somewhere, made of different choices, and wondered if you'd recognize them... come sit with us.
The door is open. The threshold is the point.
