Likely getting a 2nd interview for a reverse logistics coordinator role. Any tips in general?

Career Development

Had a recruiter phone screen this week for a Reverse Logistics Coordinator role at a tech company. Call lasted over 30 minutes and she said she liked my background. Sounds like I’ll know next week if I’m moving on.

Here’s where I’m looking for honest advice.

I’m currently a student majoring in supply chain operations and management. About half way done. My background is mostly manufacturing and warehouse work. About 6 months in shipping and 1.5 years in production. In shipping I used SAP, but if I’m being honest it was mostly processing outbound shipments, entering shipment information, printing labels, wrapping/staging pallets, inventory counts, etc. I wasn’t doing advanced ERP work.
I also told the recruiter my Excel was “intermediate.” In reality I’d put myself somewhere between beginner and intermediate. I know basic spreadsheets, filtering, data entry, etc., but I’m definitely not an Excel power user.
The role involves reverse logistics, RMAs, inventory investigations, 3PL coordination, reporting, and tracking returns.

I’m spending the weekend on YouTube and Udemy trying to prepare in case I get the next interview.
For those already working in logistics/supply chain:

What would you focus on learning this weekend?

What Excel skills are most important for a coordinator-level role?

What does a Reverse Logistics Coordinator actually do day-to-day?

Am I overthinking how much ERP/Excel knowledge is expected on day one?

Looking for honest answers from people in the field.
