PDF of Tentative Job Offer

Anyone know where/how to access a pdf version of a tentative job offer? I’m moving, and currently do not make the required 2.5x rent. I will need a copy of the tentative job offer to verify income. The leasing specialist will not take a screenshot of the tentative job offer email. Somebody help me out lol.
