Prescription Sunglasses

My friend told me this morning that she’d bought new sunglasses in Primark. She paid £5 for each pair. Got several different colours to match various outfits.

I need new sunglasses - my current pair have a prescription that’s 5 years out of date. I wear varifocals.

I bought a pair today - cost me almost £300. For one pair. I shopped around and they were all much of a muchness.

Not having great eyesight is very expensive.
