How do you deal with a work colleague who has a problem with you?

So this one girl I work with seems to have an issue with working on the tills and helping me out. She is a supervisor. I dont feel very supported by her as she always seems to go round the back when I need help she also micromanages me and inserts her self in my conversations with customers. It's all very odd and I don't particularly like her. It's like she has some sort of problem with me. I have even considered asking my boss not to work with her because tbh i have had enough of this shit. She also had a go at me for speaking on whatsapp group chat about things that have happened in the shop. She said why am I the only one posting on there but it's important stuff. She put steak bakes on the same tray to chicken bakes and I said to her dont do that as someone might get confused and she had a go at me for it.
