Realistically the majority probably wouldn't get caught at all, but if they do I imagine it going like this for them.

Those in the death penalty category are primarily placed there either for acts of terrorism or treason or for abuse against children. In Bubba and Kaneki's cases though, Bubba gets it cuz he's from Texas, a place that's notorious for having the highest execution rate in the United States, while realistically the courts would probably be buddy-buddy with the CCG and view Kaneki as enemy number 1 in the ghoul category.

Singularity I almost put into the can't be tried category since he's not human, but ultimately they'd probably decide to just shut down his AI permanently which technically would count as the death penalty for him.

Jason hasn't been added to this template yet, but I honestly think he'd be in the same "pray for mercy" category as Dracula as he can't be executed by normal means nor could he really be locked away forever as he could just quite literally walk through the door. The courts had best just be bringing in Pamela Voorhees's head and apologizing to her in the hope that she'll tell Jason to stop lol.

Spirit and Artist I both bounced back and forth on for whether or not I say they'd be not guilty or if they'd be sent for treatment, but since I didn't include the trials in this I decided that Spirit would be not guilty since she'd be dead but even if she wasn't killed she'd still be not guilty since her father attacked her whereas Artist would be sent for treatment as her attack on the Black Veil also resulted in the death of her friends and the courts probably wouldn't buy the crow magic reason. I don't know how the laws work in Japan or Chile though since I based most of this off of the laws from my own country, so if somebody who does know wants to correct me there I'll listen.

I almost put Pyramid Head in the psych facility category since some idiot might honestly mistake him for just a very tall guy wearing an oversized mask that doesn't clearly communicate and therefore deem him not mentally fit to stand trial, but ultimately I decided not to cuz once they see that he's capable of all the things he can do they'll catch on that he's not human.

Sadako was by far the funniest one for me to rank though since her trial would consist of the defense arguing that a video tape isn't a deadly weapon and she never physically touched the deceased victims so therefore she can't be the one who did it while the prosecution is losing their mind as they desperately try to convince the judge that she's a vengeful spirit and it was supernatural means that caused it. And then meanwhile Sadako just stands there ready to snap everyone's limbs but realizing she won't have to cuz the case is already falling apart and gonna be dismissed with no clear verdict.

What their sentences would probably be if they were tried in a court of law for their crimes (excluding what they do in game)
