This is for the people who want to know how the cars and physics feel, and what the gameplay is like with a wheel.

The Good Things

1. The physics

With all assists off, and steering and tire degradation set to simulation mode, the cars honestly feel great. I was so surprised because I never really liked Horizon 3, 4, or 5 with a wheel (I started with Horizon 3). They felt OK, but not this good.

You can really feel the oversteer, understeer, trail braking, loss of traction, and the weight of the car. I would say it is a perfect mix between a real sim like AC (Assetto Corsa) and an arcade game. Somehow, the grip is more realistic than Forza Motorsport. I feel Horizon 6 has maybe too much grip, and Forza Motorsport has way less than in reality. Personally, I consider ACC (Assetto Corsa Competizione) to have the closest grip to reality.

Overall, it is very fun to drive.

2. The sound

The sound of the cars is amazing. I don't know how they did it, but they sound really great—nothing like the previous titles or any other Forza game.

3.Amazing car list and map.

A lot of tuning parts and settings (real brands, not fake crap like in the NFS arcade games).

A lot of settings for the car handling, suspension, gearbox, aero, tire pressure, etc.

The FFB (force feedback) on gravel is impressive, and the FFB on tarmac is good.

The Bad Things

1.ffb

FFB! The default settings are really bad! Thank God I fixed the FFB myself after a lot of tweaking.

No seat position or FOV (Field of View) settings!

I hate this. It is very important if you have a sim rig and want to feel like you are actually inside the car.

2.

No Neutral (N) position for the gearbox, just like every Forza game. I will never understand why.

3.

I feel that even with all the assists off, the car still has about 10% to 20% of the assists working in the background to stabilize the car. I don't understand the reason for this—let us play the game completely free with zero electronics involved!
