I'm starting a new dynasty league on Sleeper and looking for owners who genuinely enjoy dynasty fantasy football and want to build something that lasts.

I believe the best leagues are built with input from everyone, not just the commissioner. While this will be my first dynasty league as commissioner, I've successfully run a redraft league for over 10 years and would love for this league to outlast it.

I'll always welcome feedback, suggestions, and league discussion to help make this thing run smoother than a rookie hype train in August.

This isn't intended to be a league where people join, draft, disappear, and occasionally check scores on Sunday.

• Max PF determines rookie draft order for non-playoff teams

• No trade vetoes

• Commissioner intervention only for obvious collusion

• League votes on future rule changes

• Full bylaws provided before payment

COMMUNICATION

I'm open to creating a Discord server if league members prefer it.

That said, I've generally found that Sleeper's built-in chat works great and keeps everyone engaged since everything stays in one place.

We'll see what the league prefers.

A few of us already know each other, and the group chat will absolutely include football debates, questionable trade decisions, victory laps, friendly roasting, and occasional declarations that a 3rd-string rookie WR is the future of the franchise.
