Three key not working (Monseek fun60 max)

every other key works on my keeb but three has suddenly stopped working and now i cant black flash chain :(

Ive tried recalibrating the whole keyboard through the Monseek app, and the three key did not work, but when i was doing the ctrl key randomly the three key on the app lit up and "calibrated". it also did that on another time when 2 was calibrated.
