Njcaa 2 -> Division 1 Odds

I'm currently going into my first and only season at a junior college. I still have two months to improve before the college season. Currently I average about 45 from 5600-6000 yards, what are the odds I would be able to move up to one of the top 15 worst division 1 schools by next fall and what would I have to do to achieve that. I'm a girl btw as well.
