Reverse around the corner

I just can't seem to get this right. My instructor said I oversteered. So when I practiced today, I was conscious about it and tried not to oversteer, but it didn't go well. My accompanying driver said that was because I understeered. I can't seem to find the balance. (I rewatched YouTube videos prior to the practice too)

Anyone else struggled like me, but found a way?
