TLDR; Earlier this week, we shared an (not well written and AI polished) article from our substack here, written by one of the cofounders (no coding/writing background) about the journey of our company and thoughts about “vibecoding”. Accused of AI gen content, it was taken down. But we worry the trust in human society is collapsing, and the impatient/distrust is prevailing. Do you feel the same?

Content:

We published “I Spent $200 in Two Hours Watching a Coding Agent Guess” here a few days ago.

Accused by a few readers of AI generated content, the article was taken down to stop the controversies. We did a post-mortem, here is our take:

We think we owe everyone of an apology on a few fronts:
1. Long article without TLDR
2. Using AI gen title (click-baity we admitted)
3. AI polished of articles (translated some parts also)

Rest assured, the article was 100% hand-written by a human, with no so good of a writing skills. We stand by this statement and will put in work on to also QAing our social media contents.

That being said, even more worrying, we notice ourselves becoming less patient of long content (other cofounders could not finish the article, too), and questioning more about ligimatcy of info we perceived online (more than often, stop the exploration prematurely).

Do you or the people around feel the same about trust/AI?

Is this the end of trust in our society?

We are witnessing the collapse of trust in society?
