Dungeon Crawler Carl was Disappointing

I can totally see the appeal, but this was truly not for me. I was excited to read it after Bob and Mark spoke so highly of it and my library had 100 ebook copies and I was 200 in line. I finally started reading and felt like I had to force myself just to get halfway through.

I finished reading other books recently (Tropic of Stupid and My Name is Emilia Del Valle), so it's not a skill issue (I think), but I'm reaching out here to just talk about it and find reasons to keep reading. In the meantime I'll start Project Hail Mary and finish up Blood on the Tracks! :)
